1. DEFINITIONS

• “Space and Style” refers to Space and Style (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa.
• “Client” refers to the individual or organization engaging Space and Style for services.
• “Services” refers to the design, supply, and installation of furniture and other related services provided by Space and Style.
• “Working Days” refers to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. SCOPE OF WORK

• Space and Style will provide services as outlined in the proposal or agreement.
• The client is responsible for providing accurate information and access to the project site.
• Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

• Payment is due 65% upfront for all orders, 35% on completion of the project.
• Late payment may incur interest at 2% per month.
• All payments must be made in South African Rands.
• Delivery is an additional charge.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Period:

• The Client has seven (7) working days from the date of payment (“Cancellation Period”) to cancel the order for any reason.

Commencement of Production:

• On the eighth (8th) working day following payment, production will automatically commence.
• Once production has commenced, no cancellations or changes to the order will be accepted.

Refund Policy:

a. If the Client paid a 65% deposit:

• Cancellation within the 7-day Cancellation Period: the Client may cancel the order, and the deposit will be refunded in full.
• Cancellation after the 7-day Cancellation Period or once production has commenced: no refund will be issued.

b. If the Client paid 100% upfront:

• Cancellation within the 7-day Cancellation Period: 100% of the payment will be refunded.
• Cancellation after the 7-day Cancellation Period or once production has commenced: only 30% of the total payment will be refunded. The remaining 70% will be retained to cover production and administrative costs.

5. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

• Space and Style warrants that services will be performed with reasonable care.
• Liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Space and Style retains ownership of designs and materials until full payment is made.
• The client may not use or reproduce Space and Style’s designs or materials without prior written consent.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1965 (Act 42 of 1965), as amended.

8. GOVERNING LAW

• These terms are governed by South African law.

9. ACCEPTANCE

• By engaging Space and Style, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
